I am selling this Telonics 500A amp (15" speaker). This is a light weight, great sounding amplifier. Everything on it works perfectly and sounds great with the possible exception of the on-board reverb. On this model they put modulation in the reverb which ain't my thang so I always use a pedal. Even the dobro effect is very good (dobro simulator bar included). I am not the original owner of this amp. D2 cover also included. $1200 (now $1050), shipped CONUS.
Thank you for looking.

Somebody can probably explain it better than I can: it sounds like a little bit of flange or phasing or something on there with the reverb and is a part of the reverb so can't be taken out. If you turn down the modulation, you also turn down the reverb.
The amp has a great effects loop and I had a Boss RV6 reverb pedal so that is what I use and never thought twice about the on-board reverb (maybe I should not have mentioned the modulation). The RV6 is much more robust than any on-board reverb effect and I am sure there are other great reverb/echo pedals as well.
Maybe some others with a 500A like the effect. I do not think Telonics kept the modulation in the reverb for the 500B and 500C.
