I had a question about string gauges. From the bass on these guitars it's usually 54 42 32 25 16 16 so it's really a set of light gauge strings with an extra 16 on top. We like them that way so the top can resonate properly and not be "too tight". |

I spent some time with Paddy years ago when he was exhibiting at the Healdsburg Guitar Festival, and can vouch for the incredible quality of his instruments - absolutely first-rate. I'm an original-Weissenborn snob, and would happily own and play one of his. They're truly incredible.
