http://www.shubb.com/sp/ I'm using the SP-1 model for the last few years.. Narrower Stevens style grip with the cutaway bullet tip.

Being foremost a pedal steeler and used to bullets, I sometimes use a Chase tapered bullet bar but more and more just the SP-1.... works best for hammers, pulls, etc. Just takes a bit more practice.

I use a Beard Wave bar, Sp-1, or smaller bullet depending on style I am playing.

Me too (I selected "other"). The rounded tip helps me a lot.

Dunlop Lap Dawg works well. I use that, or the longer version "Long Dawg"

I use a stainless Scheerhorn. My brother rounded and polished a bullet on one end, and slightly relieved and polished the opposite end. It’s perfect for my needs. I can still pull off. Plus not worry about submarining the back end when using the bullet end.

SP1 on Fender 400.
SP2 on six stringers.
´Other´ on the poll.
Would actually be content with a Stevens for everything if that´s all I had. Cool

In my earlier post, I said SP-1 and I do like it. It's a little bit long and takes some getting used to though. Just putting that out there for those considering it.

Once I got comfortable with the length, it works well. If it were a quarter in. shorter it would have been easier getting used to.

I use my Emmons bar on both. Easy to switch between in the same song. It does take some more grip to be picking it up to use the nose.

Same as on lap steel - Dunlo Jerry Byrd. I use an EZ-Slide 3/4" on pedal steel.

I use a Dunlop bar for Dobro. Because of cerebral palsy in my left hand, a friend of mine did some work to it so that I could hold the bar straighter while playing my Gretsch G9210 Boxcar Dobro. Before I got the Dunlop, I was using my ten string bar that I use for pedal steel, my Sacred Steel bar that I got at the ISGC in 2003. The bar I use for Dobro is a standard Dunlop Dobro/lap steel type bar-it works really well with the Dobro. I use the Dunlop bar at the acoustic jam sessions I play, and at church with the band on Sunday nights. Now I have two different bars-one for pedal steel and one for Dobro
