Jack, that's a very nice looking Zum.
Was changing to the keyless tuner happen part of your remodel? Did it change the scale length? |

johnnie, i have no idea how to tell if the endplates are casted? it was keyless when i got it, but thanks to mr. sonny jenkins it has brand new tuners now, if you need anything done as far as keyless goe,s he is the man. it did not affect the scale length,it also plays and sounds great....thanks jack |

Thanks Doug , Jack it’s usually pretty easy the inside of casted inplates usually have a sandpaper look like the inside of a old dinner Bell An they ring like a bell if you hang them from a coat hanger an thump them. |

whoooaaa,,,thanks for the kind words Jack,,,not all new,,but a rebuild of what was already there,,,,brought to mind what the old craftsman said,,"easier to give birth, than it is to resurrect",,(I've added lots of pieces to my scrap box to prove it!),,LOL. The main thing is that it works for you,,,,glad I could help. |
