Very tempting. Could one of the knees in the middle of the guitar be moved to use as an additional LKL? I am totally unfamiliar with Sierra mechanics.

Johnny Im sure it could be done maybe someone could chime in I know Jim Pallenscar
would know he’s Mr. Sierra When it comes too these steels.
I don’t know how your supposed to use the two knees in the middle it’s like a c6th neck on a d10 where you change from e9th position to c6th position.
I’ll try an post the copeadent then Maybe it will make sense.- She dose have e lower lock.

that beauty needs some of the updated leg swivel and adjustment knobs...machined and anodized aluminum...easier on the hands and they ain't going to break like those pesky plastic suckers!

Available from Jim Palenscar/Steel Guitars of North County

Hi Ross I would love to purshace some nice machine parts for this puppy.
The folding legs work beautifuly. I love folding legs no pun intended Yes one of the plastic knobs is broken still can tighten but
Ouch. I’ll get hold of Jim for sure!
The only thing better would be to exchange her for a new Sierra. You know Julian Tharp played a beautiful 14 string Sierra with gold finish on all metal parts swirl of art.
She’s not hard too play I just use the 4 big bass strings for a rest.lol
