Very poor documentation every where I look.
Product Dimensions 8 x 12 x 12 inches.

Even on goodrichs site they say the L120 Low Boy is
Dimensions 10.75 x 2 x 2 in.

So its 10.75 inches Long 2 inches in height and 2 inches in width? Am I interpreting this wrong or are they nuts?

I don't know how tall a standard 120 is, but the L120 ("L" is for Low) measures:

L: 10-3/4"
W: 3-7/8"
H: 2"

Are you asking about the height at the pivot pin or at the front of the pedal?
If you check the diameter of the pulley the string is wound on at the pot, The diameter of the pulley controls the height of the front of the pedal. I have cut down the pulley on one or two of my Goodrich's and placed stops in the pedal. One of these would not turn the pot past 270 degrees, By cutting the pulley down I get near 340 degrees. Full off and on of the pot, With much quicker full cycle.
May be something to check. Good Luck in getting your right foot happy.
