Free Bluegrass Backing Tracks at: http://www.fbbts.com
These are great tracks for Bluegrass, Jazz, Celtic, Old Timey with chord progressions and much more. He says he will add more if asked. Maybe Country? They are free though he will accept donations.

As far as I can tell, this site allows you to playback tracks, not download them. But they're nice.

If you select an audio track and then right click on the player, you should get context menu options to copy the audio address or save the audio as an mp3. At least works with Firefox on a wintel machine.

Nice resource for good-quality acoustic backing tracks, thanks for the link.

There is tons of good information on this site. He has the Circle of fifths in about any key you want. Chord progressions, Jazz chord progressions of all sorts. You can even play your own Mp3 and edit it's speed etc. It's called Bluegrass Tracks, but you can play steel guitar or about any thing you want to with it. If nothing else it's a good metronome click track.

Joe.... the solos are the mandolin and fiddle fills. I think they are already in every song. If you don't want them just click on "bare bones" and they will go away, then all you will hear are the rythm instruments
