I received a new Show Pro LDG in January, and folks what a great guitar. Tone to the bone and sustain for days. On Monday this week I called and asked Jeff about a personalized pad. Not only did he say sure thing he had it done the same day and I just received and installed it on Wednesday. That's 2 days folks. Now that is some darn good customer service right there.
