Does the "flange" of the bronze bushings go on the inside the top casting or on the outside of the top casting?

Do the rubber O rings snug-up against the bushing's flange or do they mount some other place between the top casting and the base casting?

Thank you for any info.

I will try to answer your questions. The bronze bushings where used up until sometime around 2006 or 2007. We then went to Nylon bushings. The bronze bushings go on the top half of the pedal, on the inside. The rubber O-rings go on the bronze bushings as you push them into the inside of the top half of the pedal. I might mention that we started using nylon washers replacing the rubber O-rings sometime around 2015. The nylon washers last longer than the rubber O-rings and will not crush with over tightening. Hope this information helps.

Keith,

Is the Flange, on the bronze bushing, on the inside of the top half or the out side of the top half.

I know the bronze bushing slides through the bolt hole on the top half...I need to know what side the flange is on.

Thanks Keith for the fast reply.

I'll also give the nylon washers a try.
