1989 Zum D-10: It has rosewood mica front and rear skirts, 8 pedals and 6 Knee levers. Alumitone pickups on both necks. Emmons set up. Guitar is in very good condition, and the case is in good condition. Has amazing tone and sustain with these alumitone pickups. Comes with soft cover, and original hard shell case. A very desirable guitar at a reasonable price. Asking $ 4,150 and I will pay for insurance and shipping costs with Fedex. Thank you for looking.

I've got its 1990 12-string cousin!

My knothole just a little closer to the keyhead.

Just beautiful John ! I think these are some of the best guitars ever built. Both of our guitars look amazing ,especially when you consider they're around 30 years old.
I'm kind of surprised I haven't had any offers on mine. I guess $ is kind of tight right now. I wouldn't be selling mine, but i don't need two D-10's at one time. Thank you for the picture and comment.

This was my 1989 Zum that I completely restored just before selling it to Bryan.

It is immaculate. The only scratches are a couple of small ones on the pedal bar.

Plus there are some extra parts included that I got from Bruce Zumsteg while doing the rebuild.

I put the Alumitone Pickups on as they are the closest sound to an XR16, which I could not find at the time.

This guitar has tone to the bone.

I played it at the Dallas show and also had it set up in the Peavey room for amp demo in 2017. Everyone that sat down to it wanted to buy it, but at that time, it was not for sale.
Here are a couple of shots. You should recognize the players. hehe

And Bryan is offering this at a great price. The only reason he is selling is that his parents gave him a brand new Williams for Christmas. Bryan even called me to be sure it was ok to sell, because when I sold it to him, I wanted it to have a permanant home with someone to take good care of my baby.
