I am posting this for someone as I'm not a psg player. Here it is:

Hi. I have a Dekley D-10 pedal steel which i use very frequently in
studio on stage.

Excuse my english, I found this quite difficult to describe...
I need to replace some of the screws on the locking mechanics of the
bar where the pedals are placed. The screws hold the locks between the
bar with pedals and "feet" of the steel in place. It seems to me like
there are no threads where the screw is mounted, so i can't get them
loose with a screwdriver. To use force of power is an option, but I
thought I'd check on the net and other places for info before i do
that.

Since Dekley don't have a website, and i found nothing on ebay or
similar about the subject, it's hard to find info about this.

Anybody got a clue?

Ron

Download the Dekley owner's manual and see if it helps. Should aid in identifying the parts.
Maybe not though, sounds like the screws in question are the screws that use wing nuts to fasten the pedal bar to the legs. They should come out, but I can't remember which direction at the moment.
