Not lap steel but if you play lap you probably play dobro as well.

Another video from my book "The 333 Book" I thought you'd all enjoy. Mike was such a sweet guy and a pleasure to work with. He is surely missed by so many of us.

Thanks for sharing the video Mike. Mike A. was a great player. I wish I could have seen him play in person. I have a Stereo Steel amp that used to belong to Mike. He was also a great pedal steel player.

A really great interview.

I was lucky enough to see him perform once, and it was a surprise: Emmylou Harris brought out Auldridge and John Starling for a couple of tunes including "Poncho and Lefty".
