Trying to find some info on a Sho Bud

Hi everyone, I have a guy that brought in a Show Bud Double Neck and I'm trying to figure out any info I can on it -
It has the numbers 5432 stamped on the inside on the wood and 1 - A - 3 stamped in the medal. 8 pedals two knee levers and 10 strings on each neck.
It has sat for a long time so I assume it needs a solid cleaning and such - I'll pop some pictures up with it too -
any info is helpful on dating or who the builder was!
