What’s the odds of getting a yes vote to agree on taking Emmons parts I already have an build a pull release from Emmons parts. Lowers would be strings 2/4/6/ 9
Emmons knees on left
lKL raise f sharp to g sharp an lower string six
RKR lower string two an nine

I'm sure there are others more knowledgable that will reply, but as it's a push pull changer and parts already, why not just build it as a push pull?

Thanks Forrest I think it might work better too release lowers rather than push an on a pull release with emmons knees on left you don’t have too use reverse knees.
All lowers would pull back to open tuning An too tune lowers you would use Allen screws in changer finger. It would make the tuning of lowers much simpler.

As one that's never really understood how to tune a pull release, I too would keep it a standard Emmons PP.

You can put a Reliant 3-wheeler engine in a Jaguar E-type, just because you can doesn't mean you should Whoa!

To go one step further, in your quest for simplicity, you can install the push-pull changer, but disable it, and just use bar slants Shocked

Jack I haven’t give a lot of thought I was thinking someone on here might have chose too release a string on a push pull instead of pushing.
