Guitar legend Joe Pass had a really cool take on a familiar Django melody on his classic LP "For Django." Thanks to Guy Bergeron for the real heavy lifting of doing the original transcription for guitar. I just adapted it for lap steel. I transcribed a bunch of his single note solo then deleted it except for the run in the tag ending. That flurry of notes seemed better suited to guitar than steel.
