I'm selling this steel for my friend Pete Walthall
who past away just before Christmas. The funds
will go to Shirley his wife. It's a Lashley Legrande
8x5 Emmons set up . Very good shape. Not sure
of Year model but I'll post the serial number. Serial - 458L
Price is $3000 plus shipping I think 86 or 87
model.

Terry, is the C6th pickup slightly skewed, or is it just me? How is the mounting? A picture of the underneath would be great if you have one to post.

Terry,
I had an Emmons that same color of blue and its beautiful under the lights on stage. I really loved it and if memory serves this old 65 year old man I sold to to Stoney Stonecipher many years ago. Got to see Stoney one last time when he was helping to host the convention in St. Louis the last time I went to the show, great guy.

I'll post an underside picture. Two more pictures posted.

Mounted with 4 small screws.

Allen, I really like that color of blue. Purty for sure!

Correction on C6 , RKL raises string 3 a half
instead of string 4 and RKR lowers 3 a half.

I did some work on this steel for Pete and set it up for him. This is a really great sounding Legrand and plays really smooth.

Also Roy, don’t know what you mean by skewed but it is not, just one side higher than other which can be adjusted easy.

Henry, it just looked to me in the one picture that the magnets weren't lined up under the strings and gave me the impression the pickup wasn't lined up. Just me Henry, don't hold it against me!
