| Does anyone know if Melissa, Jeff and Fran Newman‘s daughter is taking any messages at this time? I’m calling the number that is on their website page and I’m not getting any responses back. It would be good if she would put an announcement on the phone’s messaging system, “Hello,you’ve reached Jeffran Music.†At least we would know that we have the correct number. I have spoken with her before and she seems to be a wonderful, sweet person. |

They are avoiding any questions about their finger picks I assume.
Basically they are avoiding their main customer base |

I don't know what I am in but I get e-mails for special sales all the time. Got one Saturday, end of year. I have ordered a couple of things in the last months and every thing went well. No problems. J.R. Rose

Do not mean to stir the pot here any more but I ordered the finger picks quite some time ago and got them in a timely manner. I ordered a CD of tracks and she had a code on them for a large discount. In checking out I forgot to apply the code and I sent her an email and she replied right back and said I will take care of it and she did. In ten minutes or less she returned my refund to pay pal, $30.00. I wish you folks that have problems good luck but I have no problem. J.R.

Jack, I cannot recall at this time but I will do some digging and see if I can find my receipt or a credit card charge. It has been a while back. But the tracks
were in the last one or two months. Since my open heart surgery a few years (2011) back I cannot remember things like I should. J.R.
