8 pedals, 4 levers (only three active), Emmons setup. Recent tuners and knee levers. Kevin Hatton cases. Best guess is early 60s manufacture. This is the second time I've tried and failed to learn to play PSG. Sticking with the NPSG and Dobro.
Photos are from when I purchased the steel.

That guitar would have been built in the late 60s or very early 70s. It has the Fingertip style undercarriage. _________________ Johnny "Dumplin" Cox

Is that front Apron Coco bola wood? I love the different pedals. This Guitar reminds me of The first Pedal Steel I ever sat down at, belonging to my hero Dee Carestia. _________________ Bill Bailey

Thanks all for the info. I was going on what I had been told about the steel, in terms of age. |

Looks to me like Brazilian Rosewood which was much less expensive back then.
If I didn't already have too many steel guitars I'd want this too. _________________ Inlaid Star Guitar 2006 by Mark Giles. SD-10 4+5 in E9th; http://luthiersupply.com/instrument-gallery.html
