Happy holidays! For anyone who missed it and might like too try it out, here's my arrangement of Vince Guaraldi's beautiful, wistful holiday classic, Christmastime is Here in Dmaj7 tuning. Dmaj7 is exactly the same as Open D tuning except string #1 is lowered 1/2 step from D to C#. You can, of course, easily tune up to Open E tuning or down to Open C.
