Shout Out to Peavey, Mike Brown, and Ray Hopkins

My Session 500 did not seem to appreciate the sincerity of my ministrations. I attempted some of the suggestions on the forum to tighten molex connectors, pot cleaning, etc. There appears to be a significant gap between my abilities and my estimation of same.

It was a nice drive to Meridian, MS a couple of weeks ago. Mike Brown facilitated my contact with Ray Hopkins. Ray is wonderful and had worked on the original Session assembly line.

I cannot say enough about the incredible customer service of the Peavey corporation. The only thing that may be better is the exceptional spirit of service exhibited by Mike Brown and Ray Hopkins. Truly outstanding work and I now have an amp that sounds as good as new for negligible cost and had the honor of interacting with world class folks. Kudos to great representatives of a great company. Thanks for this incredible service and support!
