The steel only had cables and pedals for two so I lost the cables and went with coat hangers and hardware like the old Mavericks. Plays amazing and with 5 pedals, 4 knees and one chromatic Im able to get almost everything that I have on my 12 string Universal. I will be playing it in the George Jones Haggard etc show starting this January. I want to say thanks for all that had a part in this build

Finally figured out how to turn picture around! Also I would love to hear from anyone who before me may have developed an 8 string Uni so we can compare notes

Fred Bova, it came with cables for the two pedals and baby pulleys from the hardware store. I bought the extra pedals from someone here on SGF several years ago before I have up on trying to restore it to original. Like my 39 Ford, I would never undue a good one to make a rod out of it.

George, can we get another pic of the undercarriage that shows everything? I need to see exactly what you're doing with the rods.
Thanks.
