Hello Fellow Steelers,
Just a quick note to let everyone know that Steve and I will be doing a seminar at the Phoenix Steel Show. We will be teaching a speed picking song called "Dodgin' Bullets" that I wrote. Steve will be putting in some great speed stuff, and I've got my part tabbed out note for note. We will also be doing a ballad that has some great classic country steel licks for E9th. Just got off of the phone with Steve, and the ballad we are going to do is his version of Ray Prices' I Won't Mention It Again! I had told Steve a month or two ago, that I was going to play his song at Phoenix, he said he might play it too! Anyway, we will be doing that great song. You can listen to it on youtube. It is excellent. AND....it will be note for note!

Here is a little bump up....just added the video of Steve playing I Won't Mention It Again at the top of the post. Once again, Steve and I will be teaching both of these songs note for note at the Phoenix Steel Show, on Friday morning 9 til noon. Come on out and I guarantee you'll learn a few nice licks, songs, and ideas ....and it will bump up your chops a notch or two.
