Hi everyone!

Steel Resolve is a grassroots non-profit organization that provides scholarships and discounts for instruction, instruments, and equipment to kids interested in the steel guitar. We match players with a local instructor or with one via video conferencing and help provide the instrument and equipment needed to get started.

We're ready with lessons and guitars, we just need some dedicated young musicians ready to learn!

Please help us spread the word with these 3 easy steps!

1. Follow us on Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/steelresolve/
2. Share our page on your own social media. That will help get the word out!
3. If you know any kids we could help, send us a message on Facebook or at info@steelresolve.org

Thank you all for the support! We're looking forward to helping out the next generation of steel players.

Bump. Guys and gals, I'm heavily involved with this real effort to, first, get young folks aware of the steel guitar and what it can do (we're not genre-specific), and then hopefully interested in learning how to play. Please help any way you can! Send us young people who seem curious about steel. When they come up to you on a band break and ask all about the steel, send them our way!!

Bryan Daste did a nice interview with Steel Resolve founder Josh Killian on his Pedal Steel Podcast, check that out, available anywhere you can get podcasts.

By the way, Josh and Bryan are both former students of mine, and I'm very proud of what they're doing within the steel world.

And Rich Johnson is also a student and now an excellent player who has taken on improving our social media presence. Big thanks, Rich!
