For sale is a Emmons 8 string lapsteel it’s believed to be an early 70s model.
All original with original case everything is in excellent working condition electronics tuners & all else the only eyesore is the fretboard has scratches on it & could be replaced if someone wanted to .I decided to lower the price due to it
Otherwise this is a great steel from a clean environment great tone wood body & Emmons pickup I will do 425.0 shipped US Thanks

Can you explain why there seems to be two bridge assemblies? This condition is different from photos of Emmons laps on the web. Do the strings contact both bridge rods?
What is the distance between fret 12 and the nut?
What is the distance between fret 12 and the functioning bridge?
Thanks
