I have an Emmons LeGrande III and am looking for the date it was manufactured. I have seen some of you guys who know so I figure this would be the place to ask. I am considering selling this steel and going in a different direction so the manufacturing date would help me in advertising the guitar. The serial number is 2024L.

I'd say early-Summer of 2000 - my LG111 (2085) was shipped in October of that year - it was around fifteen guitars a month back then.

Thanks Roger. I wasn't thinking. I will email Ron Lashley and see if he can give me an exact date.

Thanks Jerry. If at all possible shoot me an email with the info. It would certainly be appreciated.
