Looking into getting a DVD course for the Universal Pedal Steel, I play the Cowboy Eddie long copedant ...Any suggestions ? I know his tuning isn’t exactly Newman’s or the “standard” do you think a standard C6th course would be better ? Thanks for the input .

Don't know anything about Cowboy Eddie Long's setup, but I can say that when my Mullen 12 string was on order, I bought both the Jeff Newman and Joe Wright Uni-12 courses. I much preferred the Joe Wright course as he approached Uni-12 as a single integrated tuning which was where my head was at. I also preferred his style which was more experimental. Jeff Newman's course was much more oriented to experienced double neck players who wanted to integrate E9 and C6 (B6) on a single neck...didn't matter as in the end I went extended E9 instead Smile
