I think I have the bottom to this.
I just purchased a shobud ldg,
and it has a shobud pedal bottom in the shobud seat that came with it. I know it does
Not have the top foot pedal part. That’s how I found this post, I was looking for the pedal portion.
Mine has the components on it as well.

Alan, this pedal hooks to the pedal bar. If you have a Sho-Bud bracket there, this will connect to it. (There is no "bottom" to this type of pedal).

Ok, sorry for being slow to answer, I just pulled my shobud pedal out and looked at it and your link and now understand that I have the same pedal and am happy to report that the bracket is on the pedal bar! Thank the Lord!!
So looking forwRd to trying all this out, lol
