Beautiful Carter 12 String Universal Steel Guitar 5x7.

Very nice condition. Plays nice and sounds great, very resonant and capable instrument! Mfg 1997.

Attractive Burlwood Mica finish. Polished chrome throughout.

George L "E-66" Pickup. Emmons ABC pedal setup. Pretty much the standard Carter S12 setup. See complete Copedent chart in images.

Comes with heavy duty Thompson Road Case.

Originally built by Bud Carter for Jr. Knight (Leann Rimes road player).

From smoke free environment.

Asking $2400 plus shipping. Located in SE Wisconsin. I'm willing to drive a bit to save shipping cost if you are somewhat local.

What does the 6th pedal do on string 4? At my age, it's easy to miss things like this, LOL.

Hello - Do you know what the weight of the guitar is in the case? I am over in MN and just starting to look around for a Universal 12 string.

Gary, when playing the 6th tuning with the E's lowered pedal 6 brings the 4th string back to E and the 8th lowered to D . I hope I made sense.
