Hello all,
Push pull newbie question - somehow I cannot get the rectangle slotted bracket by the volume pedal to fit. The bracket in the other side fits with no problem. Please see below:
Not sure what is going on here or if I’m missing something, and I didn’t see this problem listed anywhere on the forum. Any help would be much appreciated! _________________ Jerome Ball

Jerome,
You just may have those clamps reversed from left to right. That era guitar (with the narrow pedal spacing) should have one clamp for the volume pedal end that is not symmetrical about the slot and is about 1/8" shorter to allow it to slide past the tab. The one for the opposite side is supposed to be symmetrical and looks like the one in your photo. If both of your clamps are the same, they might be from an earlier guitar with the wide pedal spacing. If that's the case, you can modify one of them by using a mill (or hack saw) to remove some material from the bottom edge. You'll want to break any sharp edges with a file afterward. _________________ Best regards,
