So I get the unit tomorrow. The main controller gives you the ability to adjust the volume of your mic, your instrument, the monitor mix from the board and a set of room mics built into the unit. Has a master volume control and tuner.

I got a set of Shure ear buds (SE425) so this Sunday will be the big test.

I have jobs where I do not have a vocal monitor and jobs where I end up playing so quite I can barely hear my amp, thus maybe now I will have a fighting chance.

Buying direct from Joe at POSSE might save you a $ or 2.

Larry , I've had good results using a Rolls PM50s monitor amp https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00J14G7OO/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and a set of of Shure SE215 headphones. Hope you like your system.
