Are we getting any closer to you taking care of that volume pedal you described wrong that I bought from you?

After a period of one year Mr. Koff notified me his fender volume/tone pedal was non working, could not be repaired, and demanded a refund. (he paid $50 for this original fender pedal) This pedal was sold in need of pot repair (it was non working when sold). He is going to get a refund .....one year from notifying me.

If only it was a pot repair that was needed. Unfortunately that was not the problem.

Sorry my wife's grade IV brain tumor got in the way of me being able to schedule troubleshooting the pedal in a timeframe to your liking.

Also, sorry so much time was wasted with you wrongly thinking the pedal you sold me was a Goodrich pedal and not the old Fender pedal with the unfixable string problem.

Some good advice: Read the description carefully when you buy something. Rolling Eyes

Better advice: Write the description honestly when you sell something - and don't claim that one easily fixable thing is wrong when the actual problem is an impossible to fix completely other thing.

But thanks for your wisdom.
