I’m looking for a 1973-74 Black D-10 MSA Classic in good to great condition. I would prefer to find my personal guitar from the era. It was equipped with 8 floor and 7 knee with black Formica inlaid pedal bar. Here is a photo of me playing the guitar at the Lincoln Jamboree in Hodgenville, Kentucky circa 1973-1975. Would love to find this instrument.

Really curious, Tommy: is this a quest due to nostalgia? Can't imagine you'd be satisfied playing a vintage MSA after all the "Cadillacs" you've played over the years. I played mid 70's MSAs for years, but have moved on to far better mechanics and tone with Mullen, Zum, etc.

Tommy, Glenn Phillips wanted me to tell you he is trying to track down your steel. He said he has tracked it to Elizabethtown. A man named Art Cocktell had it and past away a year or so ago. Glenn is playing with his brother Gary wednesday and is going to try to find out from him where the guitar is now. He will let me know what he finds out or he may just call you. thanks Winston May.
