A ballad - trying to work on my self accompaniment, so just bass and drums, iRealPro backing track, 2x through the tune

Nice clean sound Chris. Smooth transitions and on the mark. Like it.

Love it Christopher,
As much as I love and am drawn to the type of chords your using, I really liked the single string stuff you did here... a particularly weak area for me.

This is awesome! I have a sneaking suspicion that you play jazz at a very high level on other instruments as well. Those voicings are tasty!

EDIT...watching your other clips....confirmed!

Thanks, everyone! I appreciate the listen, and the kind words

Tim, yeah, my day job is being a professional jazz guitarist - I’ve been playing guitar for over 40 years, steel for about 8.

Dale - I struggle a lot with the single string stuff, too - I tend to put these clips up when I have finally something that doesn’t make me cringe...

Thanks, John! I hope you’re going to SWSGA this year - I’ve been asked back, amazingly

Tom

I’m with you - to be able to even play a fraction of what I’m hoping for will require 75 or maybe more years..

Hey - if it turns out your request works, would you put in a good word for me??????

Thanks for listening, and for the support - very kind!
