Blender knob buzzing on a Fender Deluxe or Stringmaster

Has anyone had this issue? It's only with the 4th string (hi-low). I can stop the buzzing by putting my finger on the blender knob. I'd like to fix it. Anyone have any ideas?

Check to see if string passes cleanly under the blender knob. If so, try pulling the blender wheel a bit higher on the pot post to clear the string. Or maybe blender wheel is loose and vibrates?
