| I'm brand new to the forum. Thanks for accepting me. I just got a Dunlop Hot Potz for an old Sho-Bud volume pedal, and I need to get the gear off of the Shaft. Is it possible, and how? Thanks in advance (hopefully) |

Welcome to the forum, George! I love your movies!
The gear is held on by a snap clip. It can be removed fairly easily with some determination and a pair of needle nose pliers...then, the gear slides right off.

| Thank you one and all. I too love Star Wars and would be perfectly happy to accept one penny on the other George Lucas' dollar. I was born first, by the way. Thank you Edward. I found the clip and am trying (so far fruitlessly) to do the job without a snap ring tool. Thanks again. |
