Looking for a neck switch for a Derby D10... Anyone have a source? DPDT, On/Off/On. Thanks! |

Dick, wouldn't the original switch be on-on-on? Anyhow, I've had good luck with www.parts-express.com in Springboro Ohio. Or, try del city, or Zoro. McMaster-Carr may be a source as well.
On off on are easier to find than on on on switches though and probably cheaper. I can't think of anyone else beside late Sierra Crown or Session series that used a rocker switch. Several different sizes and configurations of rockers. Good luck. |

Jerry, thank you... Parts Express will be my next place to check. The switch I pulled, that appeared as an On/Off/On, was defective. It may have indeed been On/On/On and I sure can see how that might give an impedance change for both E9 and C6 necks that might be desirable. I don't play a double neck, but trying to help a fellow out. Appreciate the input, gave me something to think about.
Dave thanks, I've tried that, but the one I need is a rocker of a certain size so I don't have to enlarge mounting hole or mounting plate. |

Most D10's were wired with an on on on switch for the reason that you stated. There's no law that it has to be that way though if the owner doesn't use that middle position impedance cut. Probably easier to find the center off model. _________________ proud appalachian american
