National has a lot going on these days; many very cool new models in many variations. Love this new metal body, Lollar Charlie Chrisitian ... way cool!
IMHO, it only needs a square neck and a metal head plate to match the body. Luckily, options include a Square neck and choice of pickups.
A few gorgeous customs:
But if I could choose any model, it'd be the Triolian Tricone in a square neck. I have a triolian ukulele and the finish is lovely and the sound sublime:

Very nice stuff. It’s good to see them rolling out new ideas, especially in the wake of Don Young’s passing.
I get the urge to pick up a tricone every now and then. Almost like an ‘I wish I knew then what I know now’ kind of thing. _________________ Links to streaming music, websites, YouTube: Links |

I was in San Luis Obispo on business and last fall paid a vist to National Reso-Phonic, got a wonderful tour and played several instruments
I played the prototype of that Scheerhorn (roundneck) and it was a really nice guitar. _________________ Mark |
