hi folks, I was wondering if some of you all have an opinion on a good medium scale length lap steel. I have an old BR 9 which is around 22", and I like the way it plays but its tone is not all that great, (maybe because it isn't made of real wood). I also have a real sweet old Oahu Diana which is about 25 1/5. The Oahu sounds great but is a challenge to make bar slants on the lower frets. Thanks for the help.
