SOLD SOLD SOLD. Donation pending.
John McClung found this for me in 2012 when I first started taking lessons from him. I had never played a PS before and he told me I needed to start with a quality instrument. And I did. I'm selling because I'm playing 12-string now and I haven't played this in nearly a year.
According to the serial number, this was the 12th guitar built by Carter in 1998. Once I got it I took it to Jim Palenscar and he fashioned the RKR lever paddle extension. He also gave it a thorough look-over and pronounced it good to go.
The copedent is reflected in the photo from John's workbook from my first lesson.
For an older guitar, I think it's in really good condition. It has not been abused and nearly all outside gigs were in churches. Maybe once or twice at a special event in pub or park.
I'm looking for $1,900. This includes shipping and insurance via UPS to the lower 48. Paypal (buyer pays fees), cashier's check, direct deposit. No trades.

Sorry Daniel, I should have said no trades. I've amended the listing. _________________ Williams S12 Ext. E9 keyless, Williams S12 Ext. I know you said no trades but would you consider a 12 string Zum 4 & 5 on a double body mint condition. Copedant essentially same as your Carter. I need something light at my age. |

I understand wanting lighter. I'm in the same boat. My 12-string is a Williams single body keyless. I understand it to be one of the lighter options for a 12. That to say, not interested in a trade right now. Thanks for asking. _________________ Williams S12 Ext. E9 keyless, Williams S12 Ext.
