Hi everyone,

I bought this CD during the Dallas Jamboree and listened to it in the car and really enjoyed it. I finally got the opportunity to play it at home with good speakers and all I can say is WOW!. This is an absolutely fantastic album. Lloyd and Jay Dee capture the spirit of the original album and go a step further with their totally unique playing styles and arrangements. It is absolutely so much fun to listen to this album and you will shake your head at some of the great licks both of these amazing players do.

Hats off to John Macy for putting this album out. This is a great studio quality recording and John has mixed this perfectly. The official release date is coming in April.

Enjoy the music,

regards,

OH YES, It is way over the top. John Macy's sound recording is awesome. Lloyd and J.D.'s picking is just out of this world. For me this is as good as it gets. I just got mine in the mail. A very good friend of mine in Florida (Doug Cresanta) sent this to me. He had got one at the Dallas Show from Mike Headrick and then ordered me one. This is just Top Shelf all the way. The Sound, the Pickers, the Liner Notes, the Art Work, It is all sooooo good. And a Great Big Thanks To Doug. J.R. Rose

I love the bar-slants they both do near the start of your time mark on the video - it's like Lloyd did one, and then Jaydee said, "Here, hold my beer!" (Slants at about 5:55, then 6:05).

Not sure why the video keeps wanting to start at 5:33, Doug but you're right, those slants are way cool. Just so nobody misses anything, start the video from the beginning!
