I'm getting ready to start listing my studio rack processors, and i'm going to be needing boxes to fit them. I have been getting big boxes and cutting them down, chopping them up to fit. Without having to order a semi trailer full, where can i order a dozen or so custom sized medium weight shipping boxes. The size would be about 20"×2×8". Something close. No smaller. Any advice is appreciated. George

George, check out www.uline.com. Large selection. Here's one close to your dim's.

There may be something closer but I didn't check out all the different styles.

I used to get new, unused boxes from a place in Greensboro, NC called Boxboard Products. The boxes had printing on them and their stock varied depending on what they could find at any given time. New boxes that companies didn't need. Great prices and they had a truck delivering in my area about once a week. You might check out Golly Box company also.

If you want very sturdy boxes check with your local body repair shops. They get all sizes of boxes with fender, dashes, and all kinds of car parts in them. I use an electric fish filet knife to cut them down. They are super strong too.
