1966 Guild Starfire IV Special with Orig Hard shell Case.

I am considering selling my prized 66 Guild as I am raising cash for the construction of my new shop. I bought this guitar 3 years ago from the original owner’s family. The guy had passed away and the family kept this guitar under the bed for 20+ years and finally decided to sell her. I was lucky to had been first in line.

About the guitar:
1966 Starfire with factory Bigsby. It also has the much more rare fancy inlay and binding. According to Joe Glaser in Nashville, this is the cleanest example of this guitar he had personally ever seen which I would agree. The tone is very cool and unique. These look like 335 but they sound different in a cool, vibey way. I love it.

I plan to take her with me to the Dallas show so interested buyers can see and play in person. The price is SOLD which is exactly what I paid and that was a good deal. Please hit me with any and all questions…

I'm a 1964 model, and this is in way better shape than me!

Yeah, it's pretty remarkable just how nice this old guitar is.
