Two George L E-66 pickups, one is narrow mount with three tabs, the other has some kind of metal plate epoxied to the back. Both pick-ups were working when I removed them from their respective steels, I'm just not a fan of E-66s so I have no use for them.
Look closely at the pics, someone (not me) soldered some additional wire on the one with the plate. If it were me I would redo the connection and cover it with shrink tubing.
