Hi lapsteelers,
I tabbed another oldie, this one written by Don Everly himself.
Two melodic voices, not too difficult to practice, I hope.

I played the song on:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KaAotFwKSqU&feature=youtu.be

Below is the first page of the tab.
If you want the complete song, you can email me, and I'll send you the 3-page PDF.
And in this case I'll add the simple backingtrack I made as a mp3, so you have a little band to play with.
Any opinion about this tab is welcome . . .
Thanks and regards, Bert

Hi Bert,
I just sent you an email requesting the PDF for "So Sad".
It's a pretty little song and perfect for me to learn at my skill level.
It is much appreciated.
Thank you.

Hi Bert,

Finally got home and printed out the tabs and put the mp3 in my lap steel files.
The tabs are excellent. Very well thought out and easy to read.
The mp3 is very nice and I certainly need practice playing along with a backing track.
I haven't the equipment to make my own so this will be fun.
Right now I am putting some strings for C6 on my trusty old Supro and then I should be off and running.

Thank you very much. Well done......

p.s.
I love this place..... Very Happy

Thanks Bert. This is excellent, very easy to follow. I’m looking forward to playing along with the backing track. Right now I can only keep up with about every third chord but I have great expectations. Rolling Eyes

Thank you for the slower backing tracks. They're a big help. I've only been playing a couple of months and the slower tempo makes me feel like I'm almost making music. Yay!

The tab for Tammy’s In Love is excellent.
