My Williams U-12 has a vertical that lowers string 5 B to Bd. I want to add the 9th string B to Bd. What lower hole for the rod on the changer will have the least resistance? It’s a triple lower changer. |

That will mess up the voicing of chords that need the 5th string lower only, on the B6 side of the tuning. _________________ Lee, from South Texas - Down On The Rio Grande

It is easy to re-tune that change when you need it for B6.
Nice to have when you want it for E9. |

I have 2 vericle lever for the X lever. The right vertical is to the right over pedals 5-6-7 and only the 5th string B to Bd is engaged.
The other vertical to the left is over pedals 1-2-3 and currently moves 5th string B to Bd and I want to add the 9th string Too much tension on a vertical will lift the guitar. |
