For you BMI owners.... On your 10th string B or U-12 players it'd be the 9th string. Which hole in the endplate is your nylon tuner? Is it the top, middle, or bottom hole? Also, which position on the bellcrank is the rod attached to? I changed something and I wanna get it right...JH in Va.

I don't know if my S-10 is 'right', but that change is the way I got it. The guitar originally came from Scotty's, and it plays great.

Looking at the changer with the steel upside-down, for the 10th string A-pedal change:

1. The rod goes through the middle bellcrank hole (out of 5).

2. On my 2-raise/2-lower changer, there are two raise holes (on the bottom) and two lower holes (on top). The rod goes through the top raise hole.

So with the steel upright, that would be the bottom raise hole.

On my S-10:

---Center bellcrank hole
---changer hole closest to guitar body (top hole, guitar upright)

I'd have to set the guitar up---I don't have the time right now---in order to confirm that it is well adjusted (a simultaneous pull with the 5th string) with this setting. Haven't played this guitar in quite some time.

I pulled a couple of rods to do a little experiment and I didn't watch where they came from. My 5th string B to C# raise is in the top hole as I didn't mess with that one but the 9th (10th) string raise I have in the middle hole and it comes back sharp when I depress the pedal. If I put my toe under the pedal and push it up it'll come back to pitch or if I slip my toe off the pedal and let it spring back up it'll return that way too. The BooWah pedal also pulls that string to C and it's in the 2nd hole from the top when the guitar's set up. My guitar has 5 holes on the endplate, the top three are raises and the bottom two are lowers...JH in Va.
