Hi Larry. You may know this but will tell you anyway. Al Brisco up in Canada has all of this and he is a good guy to deal with. But he has a minimum purchase plus shipping from Canada is pricey. But he can fix you up with what you need. I think it is Steel Guitars of Canada. I have brought from him before several times and always been pleased with his service.
