For Sale: Carter U12 steel guitar. 7 FPs and 5 KLs. Basic Newman setup, except RKR lowers string 8 from E to D instead of raising string 9 from B to D. This guitar is in great shape, and has never given me any problems. It almost never breaks a string, and stays in tune like no other instrument I have ever owned. This steel was a custom order from Carter, and was pictured on the Custom Shop page of their website. The steel and case weigh around 46 pounds according to info I was able to locate on the web. I'm asking $1695.00 plus shipping from zip code 15801.

Just so you know, I do have the cash for this, right now. I had a U-12 before and sold it, kicked myself ever since.
