Help. I bought a few Nibro magnets for my Valco lapsteels and would like to find a few more as the herd seems to multiply. I can't seem to track down Rick Aiello who made them anywhere. Does anyone know I might get hold of some?
Thanks, Pete Hunt.

Hmm... this is an intriguing notion. I don't suppose there are sound clips available demonstrating the tonal difference with the Nibro?
Pete? Rick? |

I have been making a few NIBros for folks on weekends.
I have no before/after video or mp3 comparisons ... frankly because I don't have a Supro style steel guitar to compare and contrast ... in reality, there is such a huge difference, its kinda overkill to even try.
The various pickups I've developed ... all evolved into the L&M unit ... and they are too time consuming to do during the school year.
If I had a benefactor ... ha, ha |

Thanks, Doug; that's helpful. I have a '50s Oahu "Symphony" here for comparison. |
