Well, its from "totally Hot Nashville Steel Guitars"..assorted artists....I think its Robbie Turner.

Hi Ron,

Bill is right, that is Robby Turner from the compilation album he mentionend. Great album! Oh, of course we have to salute the Dobro player - the late great Gene Wooten!

I got to know Gene when he worked with Wilma Lee Cooper. He was a good player and good guy. He left us way too soon.
